The 2022 Human Resources Intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Assisting with onboarding new employees, including orientation and paperwork
• Assisting with employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving conflicts
• Assisting with benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits plans and answering questions
• Assisting with other HR projects as needed
