Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements

Custom/RIC/BTE hearing aid fitting experience

Experience with wireless hearing aids, smartphone connectivity, mobile apps and accessories

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in finance in Finance, Business or related field or related work experience

Develop, perform and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures

3+ years of progressive financial experience

Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth and fast paced environment

Knowledge of UL 508A standards is preferable but not required

2 years of experience testing panels

Knowledge of electrical circuits both AC and DC, 3-phase and single-phase
