Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

Drains oil from crankcase and refills with required amount of oil.

Replaces oil and air filters.

Inspects vehicle fluid levels, replaces or replenishes as necessary.

Checks tire pressure and adds air if needed.

Adds proper fluids to radiator and battery

Provides patient information in compliance with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements and organizational privacy policies.

Receives, screens, routes and/or responds to all incoming inquiries for information, directions or concerns.

Receives guest suggestions and complaints and escalates through proper channels.

Identifies and report issues of safety and maintenance.

Assists in improving patient satisfaction. Anticipates family needs and resolves issues before they become major source of concern.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit

Manage systems within the People, Kitchen, or Guest Services Departments, including training, food safety, and overall guest satisfaction

Greets patients or visitors, answers/screens/routes telephone calls, files, distributes mail and performs other general clerical duties.

May provide assistance with programs/software for Providers. May assemble and maintain patient charts.

Responsible for making copies, answering phones, making appointments, and maintaining records.

Communicates with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare team members about patient care according to protocol.

Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Two-year mechanical/electrical technical degree or equivalent experience
