Essential Functions:
Assigns job duties and evaluates the work performance of subordinate employees. Ensures that staff adheres to work schedules in providing facility coverage in compliance with approved agency policies and procedures. Provides direction to staff, including daily guidance as they perform their duties and through the completion of performance evaluations. Supervises and coordinates the work of Youth Care Professionals’ and Seniors in a detention facility
