Essential Functions:
Become aware of specific policies and procedures including training on supervision and treatment of youth, child and adolescent development, behavior management, crisis intervention, conflict management, juvenile rights, suicide prevention and mental health, behavioral observation, gang intervention and de-escalation. Maintain accountability of Youth who you identified to work with within specified housing unit. Work designated shifts, 7-3, 3-11, 11-7 to include weekend and Holidays. Assist in
