SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Delivers care to patients needing wound care through the assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation of wound care patients. Responsible for the evaluation, coordination and implementation of wound care treatment modalities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Masters degree in Nursing

Two (2) years experience in nursing

Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by the State of employment

Completion of Enterostomal Therapy school within two (2) years of hire

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

WOCN Certification
