Join ECS as a Virtual Customer Support Agent and become part of our expanding team. We are currently seeking over 2,000 agents to work remotely from the comfort of their homes. As an agent, you will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of positions, including assisting customers with cruise travel arrangements, coordinating roadside assistance, navigating tax company websites, and helping families with reservations, among others. Our virtual agents are known for their professionalism, relatable personalities, and a commitment to going above and beyond for our customers.

Starting pay for our agents is $10/hour for a minimum of 40 hours per week, and $8/hour for less than 40 hours per week. In addition to the base pay, we offer performance-based bonuses and incentives tied to customer satisfaction and hours worked. All shifts are available, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime, providing you with ample earning potential ranging from $30,000 to $60,000 per year. This opportunity is available for independent contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your home computer and phone to answer inbound calls, video calls, and live chats, ensuring outstanding customer support.
• Participate in training and certification courses.
• Commit to and fulfill the minimum weekly hour requirement.
• Maintain accountability in all aspects of your work with us.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and guiding customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Qualifications:
Standard Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the US and reside within the country.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Articulate with excellent command of the English language.
• Willingness to undergo standard background checks, drug tests, technology checks, and voice assessments.
• Not eligible for residents of Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Washington, DC, and Wisconsin.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
• Dedicated, quiet workspace equipped with a desktop or laptop, headset, and reliable wired high-speed internet connection.
• Proficiency in spelling and grammar rules.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Access to a smartphone for system verification is required.
• Demonstrated professionalism with excellent typing, communication, and computer skills.
