Ft Customer Support Agent (Work From Home)

Rupa Health, a small team backed by top investors and advisors in Silicon Valley, is growing super quickly and they're looking for a full time customer support agent (remote) to start in May or April. Your work will directly impact the health and quality of life of integrative medicine practitioners and patients around the world, and you'll work as part of their Customer Support team. They're the largest team in the company and growing quickly!
This role is mainly a customer service position but also includes:

• They all wear many hats and responsibilities may change over time!
• Clerical work
• Ensuring quality control in lab ordering
• Customer support with practitioners and patients over the phone and email
• Administrative tasks related to lab orders
• Data Transferring

They're looking for someone with the following

• Highly organized, able to think 1 step ahead, takes initiative, time management, and be able to handle many tasks
• Must be available for a full normal 8 hour work day
• Excited to have a ton of responsibility and have a big impact on a patient-facing product
• Ideal: Recent college grad with scrappy hustle mentality. Live in the Pacific timezone or can work those hours
• Strong communication & customer service skills are a must
• Must be available for company meetings during the day over zoom and available from 8-5 PST
• Note: they are looking for someone who is willing to pick up the slack where ever is needed and is a true team player
• Problem solver, 'figure it out' attitude

• Work schedule is remote but must be available 8am-5 PST hours.
