Exceptional management and instructional skills.

Minimum 3 years' work experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, Training & Development Manager, or Training Manager.

Assisting team members in developing skills and qualities, such as communication, leadership, reliability, and confidence

Pertinent Coaching qualification – ICF or similar.

Knowledge of Social Media Marketing channels - Google+, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to better understand team members’ business goals.

Knowledge of specific disease and lifestyle related topics such as weight management, nutrition, pre/post-natal care, stress reduction and chronic conditions.

Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.

Stay current on fitness concepts and ideas. Attend continuing education courses and mandatory trainings.

Certification in relevant specialty or field required; CPR/First Aid certified within 30 days of hire.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.

May coordinate and conduct wellness programs in areas such as nutrition, stress management, weight management, tobacco cessation, physical activity and others

Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Additional certifications in wellness/fitness specialties are desirable (preferred)

Masters in a health-related field or equivalent experience (preferred)

Five or more years of experience working as a coach in a professional setting

Prior experience should include skills in customer service, outreach, coaching, mentoring,

Engage in coaching conversations with students focused on developing wellness goals, working toward achieving their goals and creating skill-based action plans

Provide individual wellness coaching sessions for students

Maintain a safe and respectful environment for students to discuss their wellness goals

Facilitate connection to Health and Counseling services and other campus resources for

Respond to requests from the residential communities, student organizations and other

A minimum of two years’ experience working with people who have a mental illness

Computer literate in word processing and excellent writing capabilities to develop treatment plans.

WELLNESS COACHES (CASE MANAGERS)Salary rate: Min $50k, Max $55k annually.

Current CPR certification and basic first aid certification required

Ensure that direct reports manage account teams and programs to deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget

Manage account financials: develop and manage budgets, fee estimates, out-of-pocket expenses, team hour allocations, billing, invoicing, etc.
