Job Overview –


The primary function of the Integrative Wellbeing Coordinator is to assist the Director of Integrative Wellbeing and the Assistant Director of Integrative Wellbeing with daily functioning of the department, including keeping reports and schedules up to date and accurate. This is primarily an administrative role.


Essential Functions


Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Enter class schedule in Resort Suites and on the resorts website
  • Process and post charges in Resort Suites
  • Produce weekly event orders Salesforce/Delphi
  • Maintain and revise bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly schedules for print, website and in Resort Suites
  • Reserving meeting space in our PMS, Resort Suites, for classes, workshops and private sessions
  • Assisting with quarterly master schedule development
  • Coordinate with the Leads to update Activity Schedule
  • Serve as the liaison with Reservations Team, Groups/Sales Team and Marketing Team
  • Run month end reports for Director
  • Assist in maintaining reader board content (daily and weekly)


Qualifications


Qualifications -


Ideal candidates will possess:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be available to work weekends.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a resort administrative position a plus
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Background or strong interest in mindfulness, meditation and/or wellness is preferred but not required
