Position: Welder/Millwright

Location: Cumming, Georgia (with nationwide travel)

Salary: $25-$35 per hour

Per Diem: $50 per day (all travel expenses covered)

At Industrial Access, we specialize in industrial outage/shutdown work, undertaking projects throughout the United States. Our job sites can range from California to New York, providing diverse experiences and opportunities for growth. As a Welder/Millwright, you will be responsible for performing various duties on the ground, at heights, and within confined spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welding
• Fitting
• Rigging
• General Maintenance
• Plasma Cutting
• Use of hand and power tools
• Fabrication
• Torch Cutting

Working with us, you will have the chance to work on projects that typically last 4 weeks, followed by a 2-5 day break before heading back on the road. Our project durations are often scheduled back to back, ensuring consistent work opportunities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Pass stainless and carbon 6G weld tests
• Good physical strength and stamina (ability to lift 75 pounds)
• Proficiency in working with thermal-cutting equipment (flame-cutting torch or plasma-arc equipment)
• Comfortable working at heights and within confined spaces
• Willingness to travel throughout the US for a significant portion of the year
• Competence with power tools and general maintenance work

Additional Information:

• Drug-free workplace: Pre-employment and random drug screenings are conducted
• Overtime rate: Time and a half after 8 hours or 40 hours
• Per diem paid every Tuesday, regular paycheck every other Friday
• Employment requires passing a federal background screening
