Web Designer Jobs

We are on the search for a creative and talented web designer for our technology client in the greater Los Angeles area. This is a newly created position where you will have the opportunity to oversee and create the visual aspects of the brand website! Your work will be key to growing brand awareness and engagement on the site and fueling growth on a national and global scale.

This role is onsite for 90 days and will move to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite/2 days remote) after 90 days. This is a permanent role targeting $65,000-85,000 annually based on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate regularly with the marketing and communications by preparing and maintaining visual content or images as needed
• Responsible for creative visual design from conception to execution
• Support visual design via apps or mobile websites, social media, etc.
• Ensure there is visual consistency for the brand across all digital channels
• Update content and graphics through the entire website and associated channels as needed
• Stay up to date on visual design trends and best practices
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and marketing teams to align visual elements of the website to overall strategy

Requirements:

• UX/UI experience would be a plus but not required
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be willing to travel 1-2 times per year nationally or globally
• Must have portfolio of website design samples
• Must have Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Balsamiq
• Other visual design and wireframing tools would be a plus
• Must have 2-4 years experience designing websites
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
