Warehouse/Shipping Clerk Jobs

DESCRIPTION: The Warehouse/Shipping Clerk is responsible for the warehouse and shipping functions at the San Antonio manufacturing facility. Staging finished good products brought from the main plant. All outgoing shipping process for customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Physically able to perform job duties as listed above.
• Attention to detail
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Materials Manager.
• Computer skills preferred
• Ship all products to our customers, including all duties associated with the shipments. This will include scanning all boxes, completing bills of lading & printing packing slips. Ensure that all special shipping instructions are followed.
• Strive to be a contributive and supportive member of our organization, displaying a cooperative and positive attitude towards our Company, including its policies, procedures, and employees. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Stage shipments utilizing Pick Tickets
• Shipping of other miscellaneous items required and as directed by management personnel.
• Prepare all items to be shipped, including palletizing, marking and wrapping of pallets.
• Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area including arrangement of all products to facilitate a first-in, first-out inventory. This will include all finished goods, packaging, and other items stored in the warehouse.
• Responsible for safe handling and preservation of customer product as well as customer supplied product.
• Shipping experience preferred
• Forklift training.
