ABOUT THIS TEAM
Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Resolves daily issues and general usage in Outlook, Excel, IBM, WMS, Oracle
  • Trains and develops department-specific skills across any Associate on the team and can raise needs for specific learning approaches to create an inclusive environment, such as linguistic support
  • Understands basic operational flow of DC departments and identifies bottlenecks and pain points
  • Problem solves daily interdepartmental operations issues as they arise
  • Delivers individualized feedback to Associates in service of directly improving daily role performance.
  • Teaches any department-specific system to a new learner and displays proficient technical literacy across department-specific systems
  • Supports with accurate and timely shipments to guests by providing in the moment coaching, feedback, training and support to Warehouse Associates and Forklift Drivers
  • Tracks and restocks department supplies
  • Responsible for directing the open and closing tasks of the department
  • Provides training and support on work tasks and removing bottlenecks. Delivers functional training to new Associates and provides level-set training to existing employees as needed
  • Supports their Supervisors with leading daily workforce planning and communicates updates, needs, and risks with clarity across departments.
  • Assesses the skill level of a learner and how to communicate and train necessary information to improve daily job performance
  • Plays a critical role in the support and adherence to a culture of safety within the DC and teaches the what and why behind any safety-related topic
  • Recognizes and works with their Supervisor to prioritize work-flow and corresponding people and resourcing needs each day
  • Supports with performance tracking of individual employees by ensuring they are using systems correctly and accurately
  • Understands material and support resourcing needs and tracks volumes weekly
  • Raises staffing needs/support capacity to partner with and support overall DC work-flow.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible and adaptable with schedule which would include weekends, nights, working some required holidays, with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime
  • Excellent counting skills and detail focused
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
  • 1 year of experience providing facilitation and training
  • 1-2 years of experience leading others directly or indirectly
  • Ability to meet attendance requirements
  • Capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking and new systems)
  • Strong understanding of key warehouse functions and standard processes
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the team members and business partners both written and verbal

Compensation and Benefits Package
For Washington State Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington State is from $21 - $28 Hourly; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
