Overview:

The Senior Specialist, Supplier Quality Assurance, contributes to our SQA operations as we continue to develop and maintain supplier quality standards to ensure products are manufactured to relevant patient safety and product quality standards in line with business requirements.

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for leading the Warehouse Associate team by setting daily schedules, managing time off requests, and resolving issues. This role has accountability for receiving, sampling, storing, issuing and shipping materials.

This is a 12 hour rotating day shift role 2-2-3 6am-6pm
Responsibilities:
  • Performs and/or coordinates the training of Associates on work techniques/procedures and continuous improvement.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates warehouse personnel by assigning tasks and duties on a daily bais.
  • Support internal and external material request as necessary.
  • Motivates and coaches for a productive warehouse team.
  • General organization and upkeep of the warehouse and dock area.
  • Acts as a coach to Warehouse Associates and plays a hands-on roll in their development.
  • Maintains related records or reports as required and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintains quality process and measures to increase efficiency.
  • Act as primary point of contact for manufacturing shift leaders.
  • Closely monitors the compliance with all safety policies and operation of equipment.
  • Works from a variety of source documents to verify quantities, count material, fill orders, kit, etc.
  • Other related job duties as assigned.
  • Provides support to team involving product damage, quality and safety issues.
  • Oversees inventory control policies and procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to maintain a professional work environment.
  • Work well in a team setting.
  • Prior experience with KANBAN system preferred.
  • High School diploma with 3 years of pharmaceutical warehouse material handling experience.
  • B.S. degree is preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, detail oriented.
  • Forklift certified.
  • Experience leading others, including scheduling and managing time off preferred.
  • Physically able to safety lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $24.91 / Hour to $37.31 / Hour ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
