We have an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift - Warehouse Group Lead $22.50/hr*

• Hourly wage reflects base wage of $20.00/hr and 12.5% shift differential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists supervisor in insuring safety policies and procedures for the area are followed.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Performs normal duties of the position when not performing group leader responsibilities.
• Multi-tasking capabilities.
• Possess effective leadership skills with an ability to foster a positive work environment.
• Effective training capabilities and mentor skills.
• Assists employees needing help and answers questions about assigned tasks.
• Assistes the supervisor in maintaining the cleanliness of the work area at all times.
• PC Literate: Word, EXCEL, Outlook including knowledge of or ability to learn MARC.
• Ability to distribute work to employees as assigned by Supervisor.
• Accurately prepare and maintain reports.
• Reports absences daily for all personnel assigned.
• Maintains daily functions of the department during supervisors absence.

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 6:30pm
