Job Description
General Duties


  • Timely distribute (and receive, as applicable) material to ensure consistent and efficient jobsite flows
  • Picking up PO's from various vendors
  • Write and respond to internal/external emails in a timely manner
  • Timely provide any services as may be requested
  • Work closely with Field Personnel, Project Managers, Superintendents and Field Coordinator
  • Adhering and completing applicable warehouse documents
  • Timely receive and stage material as directed to ensure safe and easy access in the warehouse
  • Operating warehouse forklift
  • Conduct vehicle audits per IIPP to ensure safe working environment
  • Obtain and maintain OSHA10 certification as applicable
  • Coordinate deliveries to maximize efficiencies (jobsite, gas & mileage, freight forwarding),
  • Participate in weekly Ops meeting as directed
  • Properly store and deliver material and products such that their integrity and quality are maintained
  • Obtain and maintain forklift certification as applicable
  • Participate in annual IIPP training and comply with company established safety guidelines
