Position Purpose; Responsible for greeting guests with a smile, escorting them to tables, providing menus, answering phones, taking to-go orders and facilitating Curbside Service.

Summary Cleaning draft lines, Kegs, Growlers and Brewery

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Will help on canning and bottling line as needed.
• Get involved in various on-site and off-site beer events.
• Brewers Assistant cleaning beer lines in all four location in the casino.
• Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
• Gaining an intimate education about all of our beers.
• Cleaning kegs, Growlers and filling kegs as orders come in.
• Perform draft beer installs and bi-monthly tap line cleaning for all draft accounts as assigned.
• Maintain accurate brewery inventory, and help ensure the brewery is within compliance with all Californian ABC regulations.
• Maintain visual aesthetics of Brewery equipment used.
• Socialize with clients and customers as well as other customer relations duties.

Education And/or Experience

• Brewing experience preferred.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate with other employees.

Candidates for all positions must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Applicants must have a California I.D., a Social Security Card, and a Birth Certificate.
