Warehouse Clerk Jobs

Local company is looking for a warehouse clerk – Looking for the following experience Must be detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines to ensure the demands of our field staff, contractors and customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be self-motivated and well organized; able to handle multiple tasks without constant supervision and have good communication skills. Must be forklift certified.

PC literate and spreadsheet proficient is helpful. Knowledge of Acumatica and Maximo is highly desired, Must have knowledge of Warehouse processes and procedures and standard delivery practices; knowledge of general warehousing and safety procedures is a plus. Courteous interaction with all internal and external customers and staff. Physical Demands Must be able to lift and carry loads up to 50lbs,; able to manipulate various hand tools. May require long periods of stooping, standing, or reaching. Maybe required to drive forklift for extended periods, operate pallet jack and use hand trucks or tools. Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience desired. Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Suite. Petroleum industry or refinery experiences a plus. Warehouse experience desired with knowledge of logistics is beneficial and be safety conscience. In addition to routine warehouse duties, this position will assume safety responsibilities of the department; will act as designee in the absence of the supervisor; will oversee all deliveries to our warehouse facility and provide delivery of company assets in a safe and efficient manner to our sites; will alert management of any critical shortages.

This individual will continue to gain efficacies in delivering and tracking our materials to maintain daily operations;

will coordinate the daily work activity in the warehouse to ensure equipment and materials are available to all company personnel or contractors in a timely manner; will be responsible for inventory preparation and reconciliation and ensure repairs are being handled in a timely and efficient manner and will ensure the safety and security of the Warehouse for departmental personnel at all times.
