• Maintain the distribution center in a clean and orderly manner
• Maintain the safety and security of the building
• Support the company in expediting daily orders
• Assist in moving, cleaning, and re-tagging inventory as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Assist with picking, packaging, and shipment of all orders
• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment; enter data into inventory records using a computer terminal
• Participate in answering the telephone for the distribution center
• Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, supplies, and equipment; tag, sort, and locate items in inventory
• Participate in the ordering of supplies and materials for stock
• Assist in the inventory of the distribution center as scheduled

• Internet, including knowledge of email transmission and communication
• Detail oriented
• Ability to read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed, and/or shipped
• Ability to work multiple shifts if needed
• Ability to use common office equipment (ex. phone, fax, copier, computer, scale, etc.)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and simultaneous projects. Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, a plus
• Operate appropriate equipment, including a forklift, pallet jack, and office machines
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 45 pound
• Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships with both internal and external clients
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
• Basic mathematical skills
