About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our Operations Team. You’ll work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers in the field to help support our mission.

• You will process, pack, and ship orders accurately

• You’re able to work a flexible schedule that may include holidays/weekends
• You’ll adhere to and meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as set by the manager upon employment
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You have experience in a warehouse setting
• You’re able and willing to work at a computer screen for long periods of time if needed
• You’re able and willing to stand for long periods of time
• You have excellent communication skills

Expected Competencies & Physical Demand

• Dexterity: Light dexterity, e.g. using data processing equipment, long periods of standing/sitting, etc.
• Mental Demand: Moderate to high degree of concentration due to volume, complexity, and/or “pressure” of work.
• Accident or Health Hazard: Exposure to more serious injuries, such as eye injuries, hernia or occupational disease, which are not incapacitating in nature.
• Physical Demand: Light physical effort. For example, standing, bending, or stooping for extended periods, operating light office equipment, e.g., personal computer, copier, fax machine, etc., manually handling medium weight materials and/or equipment (0 to 25 pounds).
• Working Conditions: Conditions having moderate exposure to such elements as heat, cold, noise, fumes, dust; exposure may involve up to 20% of work hours.
