We are currently seeking dependable, enthusiastic individuals to join our distribution team as logistics associate.

:

As a logistics associate you will be responsible for supporting the sales and materials operation in a refrigeration parts distribution organization. This position will be assigned to work in the materials department. This position works Monday – Friday, eight hours a day with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities include:

• Read BOM and build kits and communicate shortages
• Support execution of PI inventory
• Other duties as assigned
• Process rework work orders/purchase orders
• Read a picking list and follow defined order fulfillment protocols
• Record turnbacks
• Understand method of locating materials
• Recommend improvements consistently striving for efficient and effective methodologies and maintain departmental quality standards
• Read a packing list and follow defined shipping/receiving protocols
• Load/unload product
• Follow defined compressor tear down and assembly protocols
• Disposition of dunnage/recycling
• Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protection Equipment

Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years of experience in a high volume, high complexity, manufacturing environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certified PIV Driver
• Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and kneel. This position also involves routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 35 pounds, weight may exceed that value for intermittent periods*
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Pay Range:

$20.66 - $114.80 per hour
