About the role:

You will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exemplary leadership, effective communication, development, and motivation to both direct and indirect teams. By guiding and inspiring our Field leadership team, you will contribute to our goal of becoming an employer of choice.

Collaboration with Company leadership is key in this role. You will work closely with them to establish clear expectations and provide the necessary tools for all areas of retail operations and people management. Your expertise will ensure consistency and standardized practices across all stores, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.

As a true advocate of exceptional customer service, you will lead by example, demanding outstanding internal and external customer service from all field team members. By setting high standards, you will contribute to building strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive financial goals by providing exceptional leadership, effective communication, development, and motivation to both direct and indirect teams

• Assume overall responsibility for guiding, coaching, and developing the Field leadership team, with the aim of becoming an employer of choice

• Collaborate closely with Company leadership to establish clear expectations and provide the necessary tools for all aspects of retail operations and people management, ensuring consistent and standardized practices across all stores

• Serve as a role model for outstanding internal and external customer service, setting high standards for all field team members

• Prepare, communicate, measure, and achieve sales and profit goals on a district and store level

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic goals aligned with the company's vision

• Continuously explore opportunities to drive sales, inspire teams, and enhance customer satisfaction


Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 5 years in a VP Stores role or Regional VP position that oversees multiple Districts with a total of 40+ retail locations.

• Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure

• Proven track record of leading store management and team members to achieve and surpass sales goals

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to thrive in both team-oriented and independent work environments

• Advanced critical thinking skills

• Flexibility to travel to stores as required (up to 70%)
