Salary $170,000 - $220,000 per year

This team serves to ensure that my client's production platforms and processes are healthy and performing to expected key indicators. In this role you will lead a growing team to ensure the company's platform’s stability and availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Monitor and manage log ingestion, ensuring the integrity and security of data.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
• Oversee the management of SQL Server, Microsoft cloud, Azure, Powershell, and Solarwinds, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Manage system outages, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to services.
• Oversee the management and execution of platform operations, including load balancing, logging, monitoring systems, and service monitoring.
• Oversee all payment transactions and payment processing operations, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance with PCI standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly resolve system outages and disruptions.
• Strong knowledge of PCI compliance, payment transactions, and payment processing operations.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
• Experience in Operations Management and log ingestion.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the technology industry.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Microsoft cloud, Azure, Powershell, and Solarwinds.
• Proven experience in managing platform operations, including load balancing, logging, monitoring systems, and service monitoring.
