VP of Network, Infrastructure & IT Security - Salary starting at $181,500 - $249,600

Provide leadership and strategic direction for IT infrastructure including data center, cloud, and networking 25%

• Oversee support structure for corporate systems and users
• Build strong relationships with vendors to enhance service and maintain knowledge regarding emerging technology to advance efficiency and security of information systems
• Establish capital budgets and plans for investing in the technology infrastructure required to support business objectives
• Research and identify opportunities to drive system efficiency and reliability
• Establish key performance indicators to set targets and standards to measure system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop capacity planning for processing, storage, and networking in data center and cloud environment

Develop and Execute IT Security Programs and Strategy 25%

• Oversee and maintain incident response plan, security training and awareness strategy
• Key stakeholder for security breaches and incidents associated with all systems and services
• Prioritize and implement security initiatives to protect the business and brand while allowing for speed and flexibility of enterprise objectives
• Oversee, create, and document technology procedures and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements
• Advance formal risk analysis and assessment programs for all new and existing IT systems
• Maintain expertise on security trends through training, research, and development to mitigate potential security exposures
• Responsible for IT Security Projects while meeting project timelines and staying on budget
• Ensure compliance and adherence to SOX, PCI and Identity Theft Laws as well as company / industry best practices

Work Cross-Functionally to Ensure Systems Performance, Integrity, and Security Compliance 25%

• Key resource for IT project teams regarding infrastructure design and security
• Participate in gathering information to support legal or HR investigations
• Collaborate with Red Robin Internal Audit, General Counsel and Risk Management to remediate new and outstanding issues
• Work with business leaders to develop and maintain a risk matrix of potential threats to Red Robin’s existing platform and data.

• Promote and advocate corporate wide IS security awareness programs
• Work with business leaders and staff on data classification, security requirements and exposure mitigation steps

Lead, mentor, and develop technology professionals to create and maintain an innovative, reliable, and secure enterprise-wide infrastructure that meets the current and future needs of the company 25%

• Oversees, develops, and directs all computer and network support staff functions
• Lead and develop Security team responsible for standards, governance, policies, procedures, compliance, and Operations
• Directs resources accountable to proactively monitor for intrusion attempts and all other security threats and implement practices to manage and safeguard RR's data and technology assets

Compensation Range: $58,630.00 - $91,532.50
