As a VP of Investments, you'll be part of a team generating industry-leading returns through the acquisition, development, and management of various property types. What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare feasibility studies and market analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Assist with negotiation and organization of legal documents with various partners and vendors.
• Proactively manage assets and tracking performance.
• Undertake thoughtful underwriting for acquisition and development opportunities.
• Prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee.

About You

• 5+ years experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, and/or development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with financial modelling in multifamily and/or hotel asset classes.
