Role: VP East
Location: East Coast, US (Remote)
Salary: Circa £200-220k + x2
Orama is partnered with a Series E vendor (415 mil funding, $500-700B TAM) who have developed a platform that empowers businesses to establish and operate automated solutions that accelerate repetitive operations in their workflows.
They have specific plans to grow the East Coast starting with a VP East Coast reporting directly to the SVP Sales (one of the most well respected leaders in the MEDDICC ecosystem right now).
Here's where we're at today:
- 3 years of runway from a funding perspective (415 mil total raised; Battery Ventures, Insight Partners)
- Grew from 10-100mil revenue in 2 years. Last FY - 120 million ARR, 80% YoY growth.
- 500-700B+ TAM, tailwinds generated in Macro climate benefiting automation space.
- 2-year IPO horizon
- Word-class founder that founded Tibco & Oracle Fusion Middleware
The Enterprise business is the key to taking the company from 100M -> 1B in the next 4 years, this is a huge opportunity to build and influence the direction of our Enterprise business.
The role:
- You will be asked to help us refine our Enterprise messaging, sales process, and methodology. To evolve our culture from an inbound to an outbound, PG model. To inform our product roadmap as we make further impact in the enterprise… A lot like a mini CRO.
- AGGRESSIVELY grow the team throughout the rest of 2023 (you will always be hiring from here on in)
- You will be responsible for running the entire East Coast, managing a regional team of Enterprise AEs.
- An opportunity to build and influence the direction of our Enterprise business. We’re rapidly building the foundation and infrastructure for this business to scale.
What you need:
- A desire to build something new that can change the world versus fitting neatly into a large company with an established playbook
- An enthusiastic team player who's comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Minimum of 5-8 years of Enterprise sales management experience; second/third-line leadership experience preferred
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a team quota
- Passion for mentoring sales reps to help them grow in their careers
- An iPaas/Saas background is strongly preferred
