Job Description

My client is a NYC real estate owner/developer and they are looking for a VP of Asset Management that will be responsible for helping build an innovative asset management team, as well as managing Class-A assets in Manhattan.


Here is what's on offer:

Responsibilities:

  • Create business plans annually for each asset and lead the budgeting process.
  • Own P&L for assigned assets while working closely with leasing, property management, construction, and accounting teams.
  • Track asset performance and create monthly financial reports for each asset
  • Review asset valuations and recommend strategies to improve portfolio value every quarter


Requirements:

5+ years of experience in commercial asset management (class A office)

Bachelor’s degree required

Strong experience with financial modeling/analysis using Excel and Argus

On-site (4x a week)working requirement (office is in Manhattan)
