About The Role
As a Visual Designer, you’re responsible for creating visually appealing graphic designs for client websites, emails, banners, and other digital media. You collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to carry out visual brand guidelines to achieve consistency in branding and designs.
Key Responsibilities
Generate design ideas, conduct research, document design workflows, and contribute to all manner of graphic and visual production. Apply a strong conceptual design ability to projects of varying complexity. Establish the look and feel for multiple interfaces, including websites, landing pages, emails, logos, display ads, and social banners. Guide the design solutions for such digital marketing assets, including email, landing page, and interactive PDFs (such as eBooks). Adhere to guidelines and collaborate with other brand design stewards to intelligently evolve client designs. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and the marketing team. Own design work and manage time appropriately to meet established deadlines. Create process efficiencies to reduce overall production timelines. Manage time and workload to meet project task deadlines and commitments with regular interaction and direction from project leaders and team members.
About You

Position Prerequisites
3 to 5 years of experience working as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer or a similar role. Strong portfolio of design projects. Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), plus new tools as needed. e-commerce Experience will be ideal.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of coding preferred. Excellent illustration, animation, or other visual design skills. Mastery of visual/UI design on the web and native mobile, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and design systems creation. Ability to export assets to specifications, including image compression standards. Strong understanding of fundamental design principles for web, print, and video that influence typography, composition, colour, use of space, and hierarchy of information. Best practices for email – ad stacks, trends, push the creatives, best practices, top on the line.
