Visitor Service Liaison (Boston And Dedham)

The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL), one of New England’s leading animal welfare organizations, is seeking a full-time Visitor Service Liaison to join our organization. This position will be scheduled for 30 hours per week, and works in both our Dedham and Boston locations.

What you will do:

• Answer the telephone promptly, provide callers with excellent customer service, and transfer calls if needed;
• Manage flow of foot traffic in Boston Animal Care and Adoption Center as needed during adoption hours;
• Welcome and assist visitors and clients at the Dedham Administration Building and the Boston Animal Care and Adoption Center in a friendly and courteous manner;
• Input volunteer and foster care applications as well as lost and found animal reports into Chameleon computer software as they arrive.
