Virtual Podcast Assistant 5 Hours Per Week (Ic-Bb)

We are in the process of staffing a Podcast Assistant / Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. As a Podcast Assistant / Virtual Assistant, you will be motivated and detail-oriented. The successful candidate will be responsible for posting podcast information and audiograms, grabbing podcast snippets for the website, assisting with book launch, monitoring podcast schedules and deadlines, managing calendars, and performing various projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities

• Do various projects as needed
• Grab podcast snippets for the website
• Manage 3 calendars and let client know when she is double-booked, deadlines are due, must get done, etc.
• Post podcast information and audiograms
• Monitor podcast schedule and reminder deadlines

Requirements

• Favorite way to communicate is email / text
• Must be proficient in Google Office Suite, Dropbox, Wix, Canva, and YouTube
• Type A personality with a proactive, intuitively organized, and excellent communicator
• Must be able to work 5 hours per week
• Must have podcast experience
• Must be able to work in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone
• Must have an interest and passion for working moms
