Virtual Office Assistant - Remote Work In Or Or Wa

We seek an organized and professional Virtual Office Assistant Agent responsible for providing customer services to ensure efficient office operation. This is a long-term and virtual position. The position requires 6-7 hours per week.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Able to follow up with clients, set up intakes for therapists, and send all required documents

Must have a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
