Job Description
VIP Guest Services Representative The Strat (Las Vegas, NV) Description:
Summary: Provides excellent guest service to all VIP guests and assists other departments as they provide timely, respectful and courteous assistance to VIP guests.
Essential Functions
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
  • Works closely with other departments, including casino hosts, to provide the highest level of service
  • Evaluates casino play and issues comps to VIP guests and properly credits to, redeems to and debits from casino accounts in accordance with procedures and gaming regulations
  • Assigns guest rooms in accordance with current policies and procedures and processes check outs in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Maintains knowledge of hotel occupancy status, special events, in-house groups and other situations affecting VIP services and the volume of transactions
  • Properly handles assigned bank and performs account postings and credits
  • Schedules, confirms, coordinates and accounts for VIP limousine services and assists with travel itineraries
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Ability to use a 10-key by touch adding machine
  • At least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Superior language skills and guest service abilities
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Basic computer knowledge
