How You Will Make An Impact


As a Guest Services Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a great experience for guests introducing themselves to us online. A successful candidate will have a desire to make our guests feel special and assist them with information such as vehicle availability, dealership locations, and introduce them to one of our sales consultants. You will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase or service their vehicle!


What Winning Looks Like


  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create and execute effective online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, and social media, and advertising.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
  • Manage and grow our eCommerce sales channels for automotive sales, including acquisitions and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Your eCommerce department should provide outstanding customer service to build customer loyalty and drive repeat sales. Respond quickly to customer inquiries and complaints and offer self-service options such as a knowledge base or FAQ section.
  • Manage customer relationships, including responding to inquiries, handling customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with our in-store team to identify new products and opportunities for growth.


Skills Needed To Win


  • Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, and PPC advertising.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento is a plus.
  • Experience managing and growing online sales channels, including websites and online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and parts and accessories market.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience managing customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive eCommerce sales or a related field.
  • Exceptional customer service and verbal and written communications skills
