Job Description

  • Provide top VIP/Executive guests with highly specialized services and attention to enhance guest experiences based on Rosen Standards
  • Advise guests about local events, food and entertainment, and provide information on club level food selections of the meal period.
  • Maintain food & beverage presentation and extreme cleanliness of the hotel's private club lounge

Minimum Requirements

  • Education/ Experience: High school or equivalent preferred and at least six months of relevant experience
  • Attention to detail in presentation and VIP-guest information is a must.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and the general public
  • Requires the employee to stand for five or more hours, talk and/or hear
