Videographer/Social Media Intern

CPG is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Videographer and Social Media summer intern. We are looking for someone who can grow into a full time position within the company. As a Videographer and Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for our digital platforms and managing our social media accounts. You will work closely with the managing partners to ensure that our content is aligned with our brand message and strategy. The focus will be on producing content for instagram, TikTok and Youtube.
Responsibilities

• Analyze and track video and social media performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with real estate industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve video and social media content quality and effectiveness.
• Optimize video and social media content for search engines and other algorithms to increase visibility and engagement.
• Produce and edit high-quality video content for our real estate digital platforms such as property tours, client testimonials, and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with our marketing and design team to ensure that the video and social media content is aligned with our real estate brand message and strategy.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, lighting, and sound.
• Manage our social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and growing our audience.

Requirements

• Interest in the real estate industry and desire to learn about the latest trends and developments.
• Strong video production and editing skills with experience using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in videography, film production, marketing, or a related field. (not a requirement)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for growing an audience and engaging with followers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
