Video Production/Program Director

The Telecommunications Board of NKY (TBNK) is seeking a Video Production/Program Director at our Community Access TV facility.

We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for local TV programming to coordinate and produce programming focused on our community.You will need good people and communication skills, a professional, personable demeanor, positive attitude, and the ability to take initiative and work creatively and flexibly in a team environment.You will lead the TBNK Government Channel programming and video streaming operations, production and post-production activities, and Public Access video classes and operations.

Primary duties: Work with member cities to coordinate on-air coverage of government meetings.Produce government informational programming, talk shows, local sports and event coverage, and other staff projects.Work with Master Control Operator to program on-air server for 6 Community Media channels and upload programs to streaming platforms and related social media posts.Oversee and facilitate video classes and coordinating equipment use for community producers in field and studio production and editing.

Bachelor's degree required (Radio/TV or related media field preferred.)General video production and editing skills needed.1 or more years related experience or applicable equivalent combination of education and experience.

F/T salaried position, with regular evenings and occasional weekends.
