**Key Responsibilities:**

- Editing and assembling raw footage into a finished product suitable for broadcasting.

- Using creativity and technical skills to tell a story or convey a message within the footage.

- Collaborating with our production team to understand the project scope and objectives.

- Implementing innovative editing techniques to captivate viewers and highlight the properties in the best possible way.

- Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.

- Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.

- Managing the post-production process, including graphics creation, sound editing, and color correction.

**Key Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Video Editor.

- Proficient in digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Adobe Premiere, After Effects).

- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.

- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.

- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.

- Creative mind and storytelling skills.

**Desirable Skills:**

- Previous experience in real estate video editing is a plus.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills.
