Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the internal and external evangelist for all solutions, working with the sales team, support team, and key customers as necessary.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
  • Social media and web branding.
  • Oversees customer care and product field installation teams.
  • Set quality objectives, performance standards and priorities that are implemented and monitored across the company with respect to Marketing.
  • Calculate and make critical time-to-market vs. new feature tradeoff decisions.
  • Develops annual sales and marketing strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share.
  • Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies.
  • Work with Market Development and Sales to develop the go-to-market strategy, helping all to understand product positioning, key benefits, and target client needs.
  • Provides expertise to the Company by building, developing and managing sales and marketing teams capable of carrying out the Company strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and execute a winning marketing plan and go-to-market strategy for new and existing product lines.
  • Assess market potential and identifies new business opportunities and synergies.
  • Support pricing, business models, and product naming and organization.
  • Constantly monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend tactical strategies.
  • Collect and analyze market research, customer research, and competitive analysis.
  • Lead with compelling strategic vision that is in alignment with the organization’s short and long-term goals.
  • Develop and implement sales selling cycle and methodology based on market research and competitor analyses.
  • Propose projects that will increase market share or create new categories of applications.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the Company’s customer base.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5years experience developing, marketing and launching enterprise level software and online products and services; professional experience with online and offline marketing.
  • 10+ years of sales and marketing management experience.
  • Experience with product implementation teams.
  • Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in working in an outsourced partner model.
  • Proven experience working with large and diverse global user groups.
  • Experience with specific sales funnel management and structuring sales quota and revenue expectations.
  • A change agent with highly evolved influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong planning and analysis skills to perform quantitative data analysis.
  • Experience with sales engineering and customer care.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for managing projects to conclusion on time.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area required.
