Vice President Of Quality

Rx Group is recruiting a VP of Quality to join an exciting biotech that are developing a strong pipeline of RNA therapies in an interesting therapeutic field. The business is looking to rapidly expand it's pipeline of combination products and progress through clinical development, and needs a strong quality leader to help build a QA function and instil a strong culture of quality throughout the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma, biotech and medical devices, and have experience of building a quality function from the ground-up. Being able to succeed in tough environments, build a QMS from scratch and strong experience within global regulations is crucial.

• Proven success in complex regulatory strategies
• Therapeutic experience across immunology and dermatology beneficial
• 15+ years experience in GxP, quality management and leadership roles
• Experience of launching multiple commercial therapies
• Owned and developed a quality function in a start-up environment or similar
• Able to operate and lead a function through leading from the front

This is an exciting opportunity with the potential to build a quality function and report directly into the C-suite. Whilst this is a strategic position, the individual must be able to operate in a 'hands-on' capacity and develop future leaders within the quality department.
