Vice President of Product - Lead Innovation in the Restaurant Tech Revolution

Role Overview:


As Vice President of Product, you'll shape and execute our dynamic product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Lead a powerhouse team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver game-changing SaaS products that exceed expectations, supercharge revenue, and solidify our industry leadership. Partner closely with cross-functional squads, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to guarantee seamless product launches, dynamic go-to-market tactics, and relentless product enhancement.


Responsibilities:


• Craft and drive a holistic product strategy aligned with our vision and customer needs.

• Steer the entire product lifecycle, from inception to launch, ensuring prompt, high-quality SaaS releases.

• Pioneer market research, competition analysis, and customer insights to spot new opportunities and trends.

• Prioritize and define product features based on market demands, customer feedback, and business goals.

• Cultivate a high-performing product dream team, nurturing growth, mentorship, and excellence.

• Collaborate closely with engineering squads for seamless execution and timely product releases.

• Partner with sales and marketing gurus to engineer effective go-to-market tactics and competitive positioning.

• Promote user-centric design thinking, embedding user feedback into product development.

• Analyze key product metrics, user data, and market trends to fuel continuous improvement.


Required Experience:


• 10+ years in product management, with a SaaS focus catering to Enterprise clients. (REQUIRED)

• 10+ years in executive SaaS B2B product leadership, shaping innovation. (REQUIRED)

• Experience in restaurant technology, hospitality, or beverage industry. (REQUIRED)

• Proven history of leading and delivering groundbreaking software products to market. (REQUIRED)

• Strategic prowess translating market insights into actionable product strategies.

• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and best practices in product management.

• Strong business acumen in go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and revenue optimization.


Salary Range: $250,000-$300,000 in addition to RSU's and Cash Incentive Bonuses.
