Job Description

VP of Manufacturing

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Reports to: SVP of Manufacturing

Compensation: $200K - $230K, plus bonus


Requirements & Responsibilities of the VP of Manufacturing:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • 15+ years of technical experience in a medical device/instrument manufacturing setting, including experience with engineering for manufacturability, industrialization, and continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Oversee the budget, strategy, planning, and implementation of technical instrument manufacturing.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Strategically guide and direct to ensure compliance and operational excellence, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and profitability.
  • Deep understanding of best-in-class manufacturing operations, processes, and procedures.
  • Exceptional leadership experience, including 10+ years in a senior management role.
  • Develop a high-performing management team, promoting manufacturing reliability, budget adherence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Extensive business operations expertise in a high revenue operation. Additional exposure through a high growth phase preferred.
