ESSENTIALS:

-Manage operations all in-house (No external agencies)

-Broad knowledge of brand management and strategy (Print, digital, etc.)

-Print ad marketing, ROI's (Campaigns)

-Data expert


LOGISTICS:

-80/20 women to men business ratio

-On-site (Cost of relocation covered)

-130-150k compensation

-Benefits: Health, Vision, 401k match 3-6%, PTO (Open for discussion)

-Immediate team: 10 individuals (Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing, etc.)

-Report directly to the CEO
