Job Description

In this role you will report to the CPO (Chief People Officer). You will have anywhere from 5-10 direct reports including Director level HR employees.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
  • Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
  • Advocate for employee retention and development
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
  • Implement company culture, values and policies


Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • 10+ years of increasing Human Resources responsibility and leadership
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Strong leadership qualities
