Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex HR issues
• Record of accomplishment (getting initiatives over the finish line that were successful)
• Exceptional knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, and FLSA
• Master’s Degree with a concentration in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, or Healthcare Administration
• Strategic HR insight and core business knowledge, relatable to all levels of personnel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• At least 5 years of HR or related management experience (ability to lead and motivate a team)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working in a multi-site environment with a diverse set of market challenges and opportunities
• Ability to negotiate and manage collective bargaining agreements and alternative dispute resolution processes
