Job Description
Responsibilities Will Include


A high growth, PE backed, technology company in the Boston area is hiring for a Vice President of FP&A. This is a newly created role and will report to the CFO. The VP of FP&A will have exposure to the PE firm and board of directors. Candidates who have experience fast pace, growing, SaaS/Technology companies will thrive in this organization.


  • Complex financial analysis
  • Internal reporting packages, calendar, deliverables
  • FP&A, strategy, operations, reporting
  • Manage a staff of 2 Directors and 3-5 indirect
  • System implementations, best practices
  • Business partnering with SVPs across company
  • M&A – multiple per year


The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Experience


  • BS Degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience
  • Previous management experience a must
  • Self-started with strong analytical skills
  • Software/technology industry experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
