The role of Vice President Finance, reporting directly to the President/CEO and functionally to North America CFO, is responsible to oversee all financial matters and act as strategic Finance Business Partner with the CEO. The Vice President of Finance is a member of the Bracco Medical Technologies Executive Committee and is responsible to oversee the Bracco Medical Technologies Finance Team globally.

Reporting from Bracco Medical Technologies Headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN, this role is primarily onsite with hybrid flexibility as needed.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and planning, cost control for Bracco Medical Technologies globally.
• Review the organization’s financial reports to ensure they have been accurately prepared and present findings and recommendations to Bracco Medical Technologies and Bracco Group management.
• Analyze complex data and prepare forecasts, reports, and recommendations so that Bracco Medical Technologies and Bracco Group management has accurate and timely information for making decisions.
• Develop a culture of cross-functional finance operations through the Finance Business Partnership with Business and Functions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements for both Bracco Medical Technologies and Bracco Group needs.
• Respond to enquiries regarding economic data and check the work of units to ensure that the financial planning and analysis projects are conducted credibly, and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.
• In collaboration with the Finance Shared Service Organization oversee planning activities and actual monitoring for healthy cash flow.
• Lead and develop the global Bracco Medical Technologies Finance Team. Provide strategic direction in a highly matrixed organization, drive the culture and professional growth for the team.
• Control and analyze performance results of local operations in relation to budget objectives.
• Constantly monitor trends, through periodic reports and the definition of reporting schemes for Bracco Medical Technologies and Bracco Group management along with the proposed corrective action in case of any deviations from the approved budget.
• In collaboration with the Finance Shared Service Organization secure the compliance activities with statutory accounting and tax.

Finance Integration

• Seek and drive opportunities for infrastructure integration within the Bracco Group across targeted geographies.
• Lead the transformation for Bracco Medical Technologies to leverage the Bracco Group Finance Shared Service Model
• Drive systems implementation and adoption at Bracco Medical Technologies to secure integration and harmonization within the Bracco Group.
• Manage, within Bracco Medical Technologies, the process of adopting Bracco Group policies, local education and monitoring.
• Drive the continued re-focus of the Bracco Medical Technologies Finance Team to strategic finance business partnership.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $230,000-$260,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range and this range may be modified in the future.
