Vice President, Creative Strategy and Content

We seek someone to help elevate our clients’ brands, products and services so they can realize the full revenue potential of their business.


As one of the top B2B marketing firms in the world, we need a pro who can build meaningful relationships within the agency and with clients. The ideal candidate will be a valued partner to the account team, a provocative and insightful content leader, a collaborator with the design department, and a trusted consigliere to clients.


As a senior leader within the agency, you will play an integral role as a client champion, a B2B marketer, and an expert at uncovering the essence of differentiating value. As our creative and content lead, we expect that you will articulate that value in ways that resonate across multiple media, and guide a team of talented writers by coaching, editing and mentoring.


You will play a role in new business pitches and agency ask forces, lending a content voice and perspective to client and agency strategy. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the consistent delivery of timely, quality work that delivers results and keeps clients coming back for more.



What You'll Do

  • Oversee the development of all copy and content to support client’s marketing objectives
  • Identify and articulate compelling value propositions for products and brands
  • Create, build and manage brand and go-to-market strategies across a portfolio of client
  • Assist in leading and mentoring the department
  • Support account directors in developing client strategies to win new business
  • Help ensure agency work is consistently on brand and strategy
  • Bring proactive ideas to push the agency and the brands we serve into new spaces
  • Manage, direct and copy edit a team of six (6) content creators and copywriters
  • Strategize and write content across media for high-profile clients and projects



What You'll Need

  • Superior content writing and copywriting skills across all media (long form, thought leadership, demand gen, social, video).
  • Ability to work directly with clients and develop relationships accordingly
  • Track record of leading and directing a creative team
  • Demonstrated leadership in end-to-end program development, across market research, creative briefs, branding, demand gen and lead nurture programs
  • Demonstrated talent for abstract, analytical and creative thinking with an ability to spot trends and patterns
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy and content creation
  • An innate curiosity into human behavior, an instinct for B2B technology, and a nuanced understanding of creative work
