The Details

We're hiring a veterinary practice manager to elevate, grow and lead the veterinary team in Auburndale, Florida. This position is responsible for leveling up our systems, processes, and people to provide a best-in-class client and pet experience.

Practice managers at AscendVets are servant leaders and empathy is at the core of every decision they make. We're looking for someone who has led a team in a high-growth company. They should be eager and ready to roll up their sleeves to make ideas happen that will increase client satisfaction as well as improve team efficiency, retention, and development.

Requirements

Certified Veterinary Practice Managers, Certified Veterinary Technicians and/or 5 years of previous veterinary experience are strongly preferred for this position. We appreciate that skilled leaders in other industries also bring valuable skills and are welcome to apply with 5 years of previous management experience.
