Veterinary Assistant + Reception - Marlborough & East Haddam Offices

We are currently looking to add an Assistant/Receptionist at our Marlborough & East Haddam satellite branches. This position would be split time between the two offices to provide assistance. Saturday availability will be a must.

In this role you will support the veterinarians and veterinary technicians in all duties of the hospital and ensures a comfortable and sanitary environment for all patients at Pieper Veterinary. The responsibilities will include:

• Assisting during appointments
• Basic restraint of animals during their exams
• Room set up and break down
• Assisting clients with checking in and out of appointments
• Communicating between the client and veterinarian
• Answering phones

Pay: $16.00-$20.00/hr. depending on level of experience, education and certifications.
